The 24-Hour Reward Approval Guarantee means eligible reward requests will receive an approval decision within 24 business hours from the time the request is submitted. If this timeline is not met and the request is eligible for the guarantee, we will add an additional reward amount equal to the approved reward, capped at $1,000.
The 24-hour review window begins when a reward request is submitted through the dashboard during business hours.
Business hours are Monday 10AM to Friday 5PM GMT+4. Requests submitted outside this timeframe will begin from the next business day. For example, requests submitted after 5PM Friday GMT+4 will start from 10AM Monday GMT+4. If a request is submitted before 5PM Friday, the clock starts immediately and pauses over the weekend.
The guarantee applies only to the approval of the reward request and not processing times. Once approved, the time for funds to arrive depends on the selected withdrawal method, such as bank transfer, crypto, or wallet provider. These processing times are outside of Hantec Trader’s control.
All reward requests are subject to review and approval by the Risk team. The guarantee only applies when all rules and trading objectives have been followed, no rule violations are identified, no further Risk investigation or verification is required, and correct payment details have been provided.
The guarantee does not apply: if there is a rule breach, suspected prohibited trading, further information or investigation is required, or incorrect/incomplete payment details are provided.
If an eligible reward request is not approved within the guaranteed timeframe, we will add an additional reward amount equal to the approved reward, capped at $1,000.
For example, if your approved reward is $600, you receive an additional $600. If your approved reward is $2,000, the additional amount is capped at $1,000.
