How do I login to Platform 5?

Step 1: Open MT5

Launch the MetaTrader 5 (MT5) platform on your device.

Step 2: Access login

Click:

File (top menu)
Select “Login to Trade Account”

Step 3: Enter login details

Fill in the following information:

Login (Account Number)
Password
Server (provided by your broker/funding company)

Step 4: Connect

Click Login
Wait a few seconds for the platform to establish connection

How to confirm you are logged in

Check the bottom right corner of MT5:

✔️ Green connection bars
✔️ Data flow (kb/s updating)

Common issues

Invalid credentials:

Double-check login and password

Wrong server selected:

Ensure the correct server is chosen

Connection problems:

Check your internet connection or restart MT5
