How do I login to Platform 4?

Step 1: Open MT4

Launch the MetaTrader 4 (MT4) platform on your device.

Step 2: Access login

Click:

• File (top menu)
• Select “Login to Trade Account”

Step 3: Enter login details

Fill in the following information:

• Login (Account Number)
• Password
• Server (provided by your broker/funding company)

Step 4: Connect

• Click Login
• Wait a few seconds for the platform to connect

How to confirm you are logged in

Check the bottom right corner of MT4:

• ✔️ Green connection bars
• ✔️ Data flow (kb/s values updating)

Common issues

Invalid account or password:

• Double-check your credentials

Wrong server selected:

• Ensure you selected the correct server

No connection:

• Check your internet connection or restart MT4
